You Can't Scale What You Don't Measure

I got hit with an IG ad the other day from some “help you scale coach.”

He asked his student how much did you make in January.

He said “I think we did maybe just shy of $40k.”

Wtf does that even mean??

“Maybe just shy of”

Like do you even know your own revenue numbers??

Do you know your profit margins?

The guy probably has no clue what those number are.

The coach should’ve done a retake. There's no way I will take his coaching program seriously after he decided to interview a guy who maybe did 40k.

You can't grow what you don't measure.

I learned this the hard way.

I was making money, but I had no idea where it was actually going.

No clue what was working and what wasn’t.

I was living in the moment.

The moment I started tracking everything, my daily spend, my client acquisition cost, my profit margins… things changed.

I could actually see what was working.

I cut what wasn't.

I could make decisions based on data.

Scaling becomes easier once you know what is actually happening.

Start tracking your numbers.

Know where every dollar is going and what it's doing for you.

You can only measure success when you actually track the metrics.
