The People Gatekeeping Aren’t Good Enough

The people that keep all the sauce for themselves just aren’t good enough.

That’s why they’re scared of “helping” you.

They act like their methods are some secret formula that can’t be shared.

Like if they tell you what they do, you’ll somehow steal their success.

The best operators I know share everything.

They’ll tell you exactly what they’re doing, how they’re doing it, what’s working, what’s not.

Because they know sharing their process doesn’t threaten them.

They’re good enough that even if you copy it word for word, they’ll still be better.

The ones gatekeeping?

They’re protecting themselves because they know they’re not that far ahead.

They know if you actually tried what they’re doing, you’d realise it’s not that special. That they’re not that good.

So they hoard information like it’s their only advantage.

Real skill can’t be copied.

Real experience can’t be replicated.

Real expertise shows up in execution, not in secrets.

If someone’s refusing to help you or share what they know, it’s not because they’re protecting something valuable.

It’s because they’re scared you’ll figure out they’re not as good as they pretend to be.

The truly good ones aren’t threatened by sharing.

They know their edge isn’t in what they know, it’s in how well they execute it.

So when someone gatekeeps, just know they’re telling on themselves.
