The Fitter I Get, The Better Life Becomes
I’ve started to notice something.
The fitter I get, the better everything else in my life becomes.
My energy is higher.
My focus is sharper.
Even the way I carry myself feels different.
It’s like fitness isn’t just about your body.
It changes how you operate.
Right now I’m about 2 weeks into this cut.
1500 calories a day.
No excuses.
And I won’t lie, it’s not easy.
There are moments where I’m hungry.
But at the same time…
I feel really good.
That’s the part people don’t talk about enough.
Yes, it’s hard.
But there’s also a sense of control that comes with it.
You know every day you’re getting closer.
And that feeling is addictive.
I’m around 6 to 8 weeks away from my goal.
The sacrifice has stopped feeling like a sacrifice.
And more like a lifestyle.
Most people never get to this stage.
They start.
They do a few days.
Maybe a week.
Then they fold.
This isn’t just about getting lean.
It’s about proving something to yourself.
That you can set a target and actually follow through.
That you can deal with discomfort and not run from it.
So yeah, 1500 calories is tough.
But the version of me on the other side of this?
Sexiest man alive!
