Sweet Potato and Mince

The last 3 weeks I’ve been locked in.

Eating clean.

Working out.

Dropping weight.

And the weirdest part?

I don’t even crave unhealthy food anymore.

At the start, it was effort.

But after a while, something shifts.

You stop fighting that craving.

The habits take over.

You don’t need willpower because your default has changed.

That’s the best part of a cut.

I’m in love with waking up lighter than yesterday.

I love watching the scale drop.

All these things make eating the way I do now so enjoyable because I get to see instant results.

Yeah the scale might stop moving for a couple days due to digestion but I know in a few weeks time it’ll be crazy to look at where I’ll be but until then….
