Stress Causes So Much

I’ve been under a lot of stress lately and it has actually affected me so much more than I thought.

I didn’t even know I was stressed. But I’ve been experiencing a lot of anxiety and panic attacks.

And it took me a while to connect the dots.

Stress doesn’t always feel like stress.

For me it showed up as anxiety and panic and it feels like my body shutting down for no reason.

I thought I was good.

Thought I was managing everything fine.

But you know….

The panic attacks are just weird and I am still learning to overcome them.

And the worst part? I didn’t even realize how stressed I was until it got bad.

If you’re dealing with anxiety or panic attacks, check your stress.

You might not think you’re stressed, but your body doesn’t lie.

It knows when you’re carrying too much.

And it’ll make you stop one way or another.
