More Than Fitness
I ran my first 10k.
And it didn’t even feel that bad.
That’s what surprised me.
Because a few weeks ago, that distance felt like a stretch.
Now it’s done.
But this isn’t just about the run.
This whole cut… it’s not just a cut.
It’s becoming a new lifestyle.
New habits.
New standards.
A new version of me being built everyday.
Doing hard physical things is teaching me a lot.
About how far I can actually go.
About how much of it is just in my head.
About what happens when you stop overthinking and just push.
You realise you’re capable of way more than you’ve been giving yourself credit for.
