Momentum dies quietly
2 weeks, 3 weeks, 2 months, 6 months
Timelines we have all set goals to hit. Some of them were hit, some not hit, but most importantly the majority of them died within this time.
This is the story of my life when it comes to keeping momentum.
Life comes at you pretty quickly. 1 missed day turns into 2, 3, 4, and before you know it, it feels impossible to get back.
All that compounding gone because you took your foot off the pedal. Now your estimated arrival time has been delayed.
This is the worst feeling anyone can feel when trying to build something.
Discipline is the only answer.
You have to make this shit your lifestyle. You have to find a way to add things to your daily life habits. That is the only answer.
Discipline is the only thing that matters. Forget the word consistent, forget it all.
The only thing that matters in this moment is discipline.
The ability to wake up every day and do the things you set out to do as if you were a robot. 0 thoughts. 0 emotion.
Nothing can control the day, not even the random variables thrown into the equation.
That is how you win.
Momentum can win you a game, but discipline can help you win at life.
