Never lower your standards!
You have to have high standards for everything in life.
The work you do. The clients you take on. The people you work with.
But especially as a man, you need standards for everything in your life.
The women you date, The places you live, The places you stay, The people you keep around.
You have to set that standard for yourself and never drop it.
Because the moment you give someone the chance to think they are your standard and they take it for granted?
That will crush you.
(How did I let such and such think they can have 1 over me)
I’ve seen it happen.
Someone gets desperate.
They lower their standards.
And the second they do, they get walked on.
People treat you how you let them treat you.
If you accept less, that’s what you’ll get.
If you tolerate disrespect, that’s what you’ll receive.
If you settle for mediocrity, that’s where you’ll stay.
You have to protect your energy.
You have to protect your name.
And you do that by never letting your standards drop For anyone.
Doesn’t matter if you’re desperate.
Doesn’t matter if it’s hard.
DONT
Because the moment you compromise on your standards, you tarnish everything you’ve built.
Your reputation. Your self-respect.

Set your standards high and keep them there.
Never let desperation make you settle.
Never let anyone make you think you should lower the bar.
Protect your standards like your life depends on it.
