Cash Flow is Everything
Cash flow is king.
The amount coming in must be greater than the amount going out.
I used to make 10K a month and spend 10K a month.
So every month I'd be relying on retainers coming in and living retainer to retainer.
That was stupid.
I was one lost client away from being broke.
I didn't realise how bad that was until something went wrong.
The moment I started spending less than I made, everything changed because I had breathing room.
I could lose a client and be fine.
I could have a slow month and not panic.
I could make better business decisions.
Cash flow is everything.
It doesn't matter how much you make if you're spending all of it.
The goal isn't just to make money.
It's to keep it.
